Innovation Storm Workshops

Co-Sponsored by the Venture Factory and the Venture Institute, Innovation storm events are designed to do two things; explore industry and sector level challenges; and, mobilize activities to initiate change. The Venture Institute's role is to create awareness, engage stakeholders and sponsors, and explore details/solutions through Innovation Storm workshops. The outcomes of the workshops are then distributed to public and private sector stakeholders.

Venture Factory then works to private/public stakeholders to create ecosystems that can effect change. The importance of public sector involvement is critical when addressing sector-level initiatives that involve transformative change. Innovation workshops and the resulting industry reports provide the top-level structure needed to align and prioritize change.

Organizations can leverage Innovation Storm Workshops to address internal challenges and design transformative change related to launching new products and services, or responding to changing market conditions.
